Six disciplines, all in-house: CCTV and surveillance, biometric attendance and access control, fire detection and alarm, boom barriers and gate automation, EPABX and intercom, and the maintenance contracts that keep all of it working.

Most of our work is industrial. A Bhiwadi or Tapukara factory has different problems from an office: hands too dirty for fingerprint readers, welding fumes that defeat smoke detectors, gates that cycle continuously at shift change, and plots large enough that cable distance dictates the whole system architecture. Those constraints shape what we specify far more than any product catalogue does.

We also do the smaller work - shop and showroom cameras, clinic and office access control, society gate barriers - and we apply the same discipline to it. A four-camera system installed badly is still a system that will not identify anybody.

Every project starts with a site visit, and the quotation that follows is itemised: which device goes in which position, what it is there to achieve, and the calculation behind any retention or capacity claim. A lump sum against “16 cameras and a recorder” is not something you can compare against another supplier, and it is not something we issue.

Where a requirement will not work as asked, we say so at survey stage rather than after handover. The most common example is number-plate capture at night, which needs a camera configured specifically for it - a general-purpose camera pointed at a gate will not deliver readable plates on a moving vehicle, whatever the specification sheet implies.

We supply and install equipment from established manufacturers including CP Plus, Hikvision, Dahua, Prama, Bosch, Matrix, eSSL, Tiandy, D-Link, Beetel and Ahuja. Brand choice follows the site and the budget rather than the other way round, and we will tell you where a cheaper line is genuinely adequate.

Fire alarm work is designed against IS 2189 and the National Building Code, and we issue the drawing set and commissioning records you need for a fire NOC, for your insurer, and for the customer audits that increasingly drive these projects in the auto-ancillary supply chain.

Bhiwadi is our base, and Khushkhera and Tapukara are close enough that same-day attendance for contract customers is routine. Neemrana, Alwar and Gurgaon are served from the same office with correspondingly longer travel, and we write realistic response times into maintenance contracts rather than quoting a headline figure we could not keep across a 70 km drive.

Common spares - drives, standby batteries, standard cameras and detectors - are held at the Bhiwadi office, which is usually the difference between a same-day repair and a week waiting on a supplier.
